Gas and beer hoses in draft beer dispensing are akin to the veins and arteries circulatory system! The gas tubes transport the gas from cylinder to the coupler and forces the beer through it. The attached beer line carries it to the faucet. Since they come in direct contact with the beer, only food safe and best of the materials are used here.
