WARRANTIES
Limited Warranty – Krome Usa Inc.
READ THIS LIMITED WARRANTY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS PRODUCT. IF THESE TERMS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE TO YOU, IMMEDIATELY RETURN THIS PRODUCT TO KROME USA INC. BEFORE INSTALLING AND/OR USING THIS PRODUCT.
Krome Usa Inc warrants to the original purchaser of this product that such product is free from defects in workmanship and materials for the period specified in the chart below beside the product description from the original date of purchase.
Product Description Warranty Period Beer Towers 2 Years Drip Trays 3 Years Keg Coupler 2 Years Beer Faucets (Taps) 2 Years All Other Products 1 Year During the applicable warranty period, if this product is found to be defective, Krome Usa Inc, at its option, repair and/or replace it. To obtain warranty service, products must be returned to Krome Usa Inc, 3482 Keith Bridge Road # 298 Cumming GA 30041, clearly marked to the attention of the Warranty Repair Department. Shipping, freight, insurance and other transportation charges of the returned product to Krome Usa Inc, and the return of the repaired or replaced product to the purchaser are the responsibility of the purchaser. Replacement and/or repair under this warranty shall be made within a reasonable time after receipt by Krome Usa Inc of the returned product and Krome Usa Inc, verification of the defect. This warranty does not cover this product :-
(i) if it has received secondary finishing or has been altered or modified after purchase,
(ii) for defects caused by physical abuse to or misuse of the product or use with corrosive materials,
(iii) for damage or harm occurring in the shipment of the product, or
(iv) for damage or harm occurring due to environmental conditions, including but not limited to water / Beverage quality and impurities.
This warranty is provided to the original purchaser only and may not be assigned or transferred by the original purchaser of the product, other than when purchased for resale, in which case the reselling original purchaser may assign the warranty to the purchaser from the reseller who shall be deemed the original purchaser under this limited warranty, but the warranty may not be assigned thereafter.
ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY NOT PROVIDED HEREIN AND ANY REMEDY FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT WHICH BUT FOR THIS PROVISION MIGHT ARISE BY IMPLICATION OR OPERATION OF LAW, IS HEREBY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD PROVIDED ON THE PRODUCT.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL KROME USA INC BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL COSTS, EXPENSES OR DAMAGES WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE INCURRED BY THE PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER USER.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE
