Krome USA Inc. accepts payments via credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Krome USA Inc  does not accept C.O.D ( CASH ON DELIVERY ) shipment terms.

• Seller reserves the right to alter payment terms.
• Credit application should be approved for availing credit at time of account setup.
• Overdue payments of more than 30 days are subject to late payment charge of 1.5% per month.
• Seller reserves the right to hold shipments against past due payments.
• Prices and specification of products are subjected to change without further notice.

Most of the parts are shipped from Krome’s warehouse located in Atlanta, GA.
Out of stocked products at Atlanta facility can be made available to customers from our Global Warehouse located in North India.

Shipping Method

We use UPS to ship our orders across United States and Canada.

Customers having freight account with other carriers like Fedex / DHL / UPS can provide their account numbers or they can send us shipping labels to have their order shipped.

All International orders except Canada are handled by our another overseas facility.

Krome USA Inc shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Georgia.
For orders shipped to other states, the customer is solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

We will ship your product as it becomes available. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.
