Hydrometer is a basic tool that is used to measure the ratio of a sample liquid’s density to the density of water, helping you gauge the health and success of the fermentation of your beer.
Use test jars and beakers to collect small samples of beer or wine from your brew. They make noting down hydrometer measurements quite easy with little amounts of the beverage.
