Pitcher rinser trays are one of the must have equipment in a cafe. They make cleaning and sanitizing the steaming pitchers easy as a breeze.
Rinsing the pitchers after every use also gives an additional advantage. It cools the pitchers down that would have become hot with all the steaming and maintains the milk quality and taste of the next batch.

The rinser consists of a central spray assembly and a star disk sits around it. Invert the pitcher and push the disk downwards with it to activate the sprayer and rinse thoroughly.
