Getting Started with Our Draft Coffee Starter Kit:
- Mount the Tower: Secure the tower to your mini-fridge or desired setup area. Note: drilling a small hole may be necessary to route the beverage line.
- Clean the System: We recommend using our Cold Brew Cleaning & Sanitizing Kit to ensure a hygienic start.
- Fill the Keg with Cold Brew: After cleaning, pour in your cold brew and securely close the keg with the Quick Cascade Keg Lid.
- Connect Lines and Regulate Pressure: Attach the draft line to the keg‘s liquid outpost and the regulator to a nitrogen tank. Adjust the pressure to the ideal 35-45 psi and let it rest for full nitrogenation.
