There is definitely benefit of having 70 feet long ( extra long ) coil with 3/8″ Outer diameter because beer stays in coil for a longer time and more cooling transfer occurs.
These are available in Right hand and left hand.
Krome dispense cooler coils are also available in 50 feet long or 100 feet long
